How much time does it take to deliver my order?
If the knitwear you've ordered is available in stock, we'll ship it or prepare it for pickup within two business days. We care about the environment and avoid creating unnecessary stockpiles, which is why some products are made to order and may take 10-14 days to complete. We appreciate your patience, though, as your chosen outfit is definitely worth the wait.
Once we receive your product from production, we'll prepare and send your order according to your chosen delivery method. We use DPD courier service to deliver to European Union countries, and it usually takes 3-10 working days. For all other deliveries outside the EU, we use parcel post services, which usually takes 10-15 working days.
Regardless of the delivery option you choose, we'll keep you informed of the expected production and shipping deadlines. After we ship your order, we'll also send you a tracking number to the email address you provided.
How to return my order?
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that it must be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior request for return.

Can i cancel my order?
If you have any doubts or questions about your order, you can contact us through our Instagram profile, WhatsApp, or email at hello@sayestoday.com. If necessary, we can make changes to your order or cancel it and issue a refund. However, please note that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. In such cases, you will have to first receive the order and then return it to us. We process refunds within 7 calendar days after receiving your returned order.
How to use discount code and gift card?
Please note that the discount code can only be used on full-priced items. However, gift cards can be used to purchase both full-priced and discounted items. When making a purchase and you have reached the checkout stage, you will find a box where you can enter the discount code or gift card number. Simply press "Confirm" and you will either receive a discount (when using a discount code on full-priced items) or the payment amount will be deducted from the gift card for any goods you choose. How do I prevent my knitwear from pilling?
Pilling is natural for most knitwear over time. To minimize it, wash your pieces inside out in a garment bag. Regular, gentle brushing with a knitwear comb can help maintain the surface of your garments.
Can I machine wash my Sayes Today knitwear?
Hand washing is preferred to preserve the quality and longevity of your knitwear. However, some pieces can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Always refer to the specific care instructions on each garment's label.
What's the best way to store my knitwear to maintain its shape?
To keep your knitwear in the best shape, fold and store it flat. Hanging can stretch the fibers. For long-term storage, use breathable cotton bags to protect from dust and moths, and consider adding cedar blocks for extra protection against pests.
How can I get a discount?
Follow us on our Instagram account. We announce big discount promotions 2-3 times a year. Occasionally, we also hold smaller promotions where you can obtain a discount code. All discount codes have a limited period of validity. If you're a new customer, you can register on our website's homepage for a 10% discount code on your first SAYES TODAY purchase.
