If the knitwear you've ordered is in stock, we'll ship it or prepare it for pickup within two business days. We care about the environment and avoid creating unnecessary stockpiles, so some products are made to order and may take 10-14 days to complete. We appreciate your patience, though, as your chosen outfit is worth the wait.

Once we receive your product from production, we'll prepare and send your order according to your chosen delivery method. We use DPD courier service to deliver to European Union countries, and it usually takes 3-10 working days. We use parcel post services for all other deliveries outside the EU, which generally takes 10-15 working days.

Regardless of your delivery option, we'll inform you of the expected production and shipping deadlines. After we ship your order, we'll send you a tracking number to the email address you provided.

If you want to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that it must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. To process your return, you will also need to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will then send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior request for return.

We can change your order or cancel it and issue a refund if necessary. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. In such cases, you must receive the order and return it to us. We process refunds within seven calendar days after receiving your returned order.

Hand washing is preferred to preserve the quality and longevity of your knitwear. However, some pieces can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Always refer to the specific care instructions on each garment's label.
